DESCRIPTION
The EE364 Water Activity Sensor ensures precise measurement of water activity (aw) and temperature (T) while accurately calculating water content (x) in ppm. Designed for industrial fluid monitoring, it provides two 4-20 mA analog outputs and a Modbus RTU interface for seamless integration.
With an optional configuration cable, users can adjust settings, modify Modbus interface parameters, and configure analog outputs for customized operation.
