Sales Consultant @ MIIGO 

Definition: A professional serving as a Regional/Country Business Partner with MIIGO. This role encompasses business development and regional after sales support. There is no requirement to manage physical inventory, financial accounts, logistics staff, or maintain a physical office.

Essential qualifications include a strategic vision, extensive market expertise, proficiency in Channel Management, and the capability to effectively lead and operate your business....  

  • We seek individuals with a robust technical background and proven sales experience in sectors aligned with MIIGO's focus.
  • A well-established network in product categories such as Hygrometers, Sensors, Transmitters, Data Loggers, and Calibration Masters, encompassing various companies, OEMs, and projects, is highly advantageous.
  • Candidates who excel in dealer and channel management and possess an extensive list of distributors within a similar industry to MIIGO are encouraged to apply.
  • For those who may not meet these criteria but are motivated to launch a career as a sales consultant, we offer a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

This position primarily involves working from home. We have two types of agreement based on involvement and growth prospect. 

WITHOUT TARGET AGREEMENT: Professionals joining in these terms, may oparate from home, Visiting customers are not mandatory, if he/she can manage it over phone, email or through social messenger.

WITH TARGET AGREEMENT: Professionals joining in this term will get Business Promotion Fund from MIIGO and it is a compulsory requirement to visit customers for product demonstration, presentation, in some cases for installation etc. Need to be part on Exhibitions. Should visit with dealers to ensure business growth. 

Professionals joing under "WITHOUT TARGET AGREEMENT" may work on their flexble timing. They need to ensure weekly reports are submitted on time

Professional joining under "WITH TARGET AGREEMENT" will have daily work activity schedule, similar to a full-time job role. 

Expected Income?

The income is mainly from business turnover. However, based on types of agreement the professional has with MIIGO, is classified in 2 categories as follows. Typical for INR 5CR (USD 625K) business it is approx Income is 35L-75L (USD 43k to 93k).

  • FIXED COMPONENT: The Professional will be eligible 3-5% of Target Agreement. Shall be provided querterly basis 
  • PROFIT SHARING: 0.5% to 10% (based on product) of the business turnover. 

EXTRA BUSINESS INCOME: If the professional is interested to invest with MIIGO in production, they will be eligible for additional margin. 

PROFIT SHARING: 0.5% to 10% (based on product) of the business turnover. 

NOTE: If the professional is interested in investing with MIIGO on production, will be eligible for additional margin. 

Once you have multiple dealers, OEM, and Project Companies, the business turnover will increase so your income too.

To develop a strong business, Digital MArketing is the key today. MIIGO has invested huge amount in paid software and a team, who will work for you and ensure you are at the customer's mind. 

Agreement 'Without Business Target' professionals will get 6 months personalized services free of cost. From 7 months, it will be charged @ INR 20k / USD 250 per month.   

Agreement 'With Business Target' professionals will be charged @ INR 20k / USD 250 per month. Which is a part of Fixed Business Development Fund by MIIGO

Evaluate Yourself 

What is the confidence level you have in yourself to go with an 'Agreement With Target? 

Please note that this is a business agreement, and non-fulfilment of the agreed-upon terms will result in a penalty clause.

If you want to take a trial before signing the Target Agreement, you may go for 'Agreement Without Target'.

Submit Business Plan

Prepare a business plan which includes the following points.

  1. Short description of your experiences
  2. Which region do you want to operate the business?
  3. MIIGO's product goes to End Users, Dealers, Projects, OEMs, and Calibration & Validation Service Providers. What is the typical strength of customers/number of customers you have for each category mentioned above, with a few names as an example?
  4. What are the different ways that you are planning to use to reach your customer and make them aware of the MIIGO product lines?
  5. What is your rough idea about the volume (qty) of business you can do if you are appointed as a Sales Consultant
